You may also complete your ticket purchase online at tucsonartsraffle.com, or you may call the Tucson Symphony Orchestra at (520) 882-8585 or the Tucson Museum of Art at (520) 624-2333 with your VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express number and expiration date to purchase tickets.  Please note that due to United States Postal Service regulations, you cannot purchase tickets by mail.

Where are my tickets?

Tickets are in electronic form only.  When you purchase tickets, you receive a confirmation number for your purchase.  You do not need your confirmation number to win.  Each electronic ticket has your confirmation number, your name and contact information, and the name you have put on the ticket.  You may call us at any time to confirm that all the tickets you purchased have been created electronically.  There are no ticket numbers.  Each ticket is identified by your confirmation number followed by a hyphen followed by a sequential number.  For instance, if your bought three tickets and your confirmation number is OL9999, your tickets are identified as OL9999-1, OL9999-2, and OL9999-3.  Tickets will be drawn electronically using a third-party service.

How do I get my confirmation number?

If you purchase tickets in person, you will be given a purchase receipt showing the confirmation number.  If you purchase tickets by phone, you will be given your confirmation number over the phone, and if you purchase by phone or online, we will send a receipt to you by email if you provide an email address, or by regular mail if you prefer.

Do I need my confirmation number to win?

You do not need your confirmation number to win, and you do not have to be present at the drawing to win.

What do I do if I lose my confirmation number or receipt?

Please call the Tucson Symphony Orchestra at (520) 882-8585 or the Tucson Museum of Art at (520) 624-2333 if you have any questions about the raffle.  We can sell tickets, find your confirmation number, tell you how many tickets you bought and how much you paid for them, and send you a duplicate receipt.

Can I put someone else’s name on my ticket or tickets?

When you buy tickets, we ask for the name that goes on the first ticket.  This does not have to be your name.  You can put the same name on all the tickets you buy, or you can put different names on the first ten tickets you buy.  The name on the first ticket will be used for all additional tickets.  All the names you put on tickets must be people who are 21 years of age or older.

What happens when I win?

If any of the tickets you buy wins a prize, we will notify you (the purchaser), and we will tell you the name that was on the ticket.  A separate check to each person named on your winning tickets will be sent to your mailing address.

How will the drawing be conducted?

Tickets will be drawn electronically using a third party service.  This service will receive unique identifiers for all tickets and will draw the winners.  Each ticket is identified by a purchase confirmation number followed by a hyphen followed by a sequential number.  For instance, if your bought three tickets and your confirmation number is OL9999, your tickets are identified as OL9999-1, OL9999-2, and OL9999-3.  We will look up and publicize the ticket identifier and the first initial and last name on each winning ticket, and we will contact the purchaser.  The third party service will publicize a complete list of entries and winners, and after the drawing all entrants can look up their ticket identifiers in this list to confirm participation in the drawing.

How will you announce the winners?

All winners will be announced at the drawing.  Winners of the bonus prizes will be posted on this website as soon as possible.  Winners of the main prizes will be posted on this website after all eligibility is confirmed.
